The requirement of a mandatory 14-day quarantine (home self-isolation) for all entrants to Belarus from Israel is renewed.
On September 10, 2020, the Belarusian Ministry of Health took a decision to return Israel to the List of countries where the cases of COVID-19 infection are registered.
According to the Belarus’ Government regulation № 171 of March 25, 2020, this means that all entrants to Belarus arriving from countries included in above List, which now also inscribes Israel, are required for mandatory 14-days quarantine (home self-isolation). Until the expiration of self-isolation period such entrants are not allowed to subsequent cross of the Belarus’ border.
The exceptions from this regime include, in particular:
members of foreign diplomatic missions, consular offices, international organizations and their missions in Belarus, as well as their family members;
heads and members of official delegations;
foreigners transiting through the territory of Belarus to return to their place of residence.
