The Ambassador of Belarus to Israel meets the founders of the Israeli Company “Global Edge”

On May 26, 2020, the Ambassador of the Republic of Belarus to the State of Israel E. Vorobyev met with the founders of the Israeli company “Global Edge” Boris Gelfand and Villy Fine.

Given the specifics of the company’s work in the Israeli market, one of the directions of which is the supply of furniture products for housing and offices, the interlocutors exchanged views on the prospects of increasing exports of Belarusian products to Israel, the possibilities of organizing the supply of new Belarusian construction and interior materials to the Israeli market, including those manufactured by JSC “Keramin”.

As part of the preparations for the seventh meeting of the Joint Belarus-Israel Committee on Trade and Economic Cooperation, some obstacles to building up Belarusian-Israeli economic cooperation in these areas, as well as ways to address them were also discussed.

In order to develop investment cooperation, the Israelis were invited to participate in a webinar organized by the Administration of the Chinese-Belarusian industrial park “Great Stone” on June 18, 2020.
