Self-isolation requirement for those coming to Belarus from Israel is canceled

02.04.2021

Today, the Ministry of Health of Belarus took a decision to exclude Israel from April 5, 2021, from the list of countries from which self-isolation is required upon arrival (within 10 days).

Meanwhile, this decision does not cancel the requirement for travelers who have reached the age of 16, except those who have a permit for permanent or temporary residence in Belarus, to have an original or a copy of a medical document (on paper or in electronic form) confirming a negative laboratory test for COVID-19 infection.

The test must be performed no later than THREE DAYS before the date of crossing the State Border of the Republic of Belarus (INCLUDING THE DATE OF ITS CROSSING) by the polymerase chain reaction method.

The medical document must indicate the first and last name, patronymic (if any) of a person, the date and the result of laboratory tests for COVID-19 infection (in English or Russian).

The absence of a medical document serves a reason for denying foreigners entry to the Republic of Belarus.
