Please be informed that the Consular Section will not be receiving visitors on September 21, 28 and 29, as well as October 1 and 27, 2026.

We kindly ask you to plan your visit in advance taking these dates into account.

Changes to Embassy Telephone and Consular Service Hours

We would like to inform you of a change to the Embassy’s telephone line operating hours.

Consular Section:
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 09:00-13:00

Visitors may be seen by appointment or on a walk-in basis.

Appointments made for dates before 1 September 2026 will be honored at the scheduled time.

New appointments will be available from 1 September 2026.

Visitors without an appointment will be seen on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays on a walk-in basis after all visitors with appointments for that day have been served.

♦ Attention to visitors of the Consular Section

We would like to remind visitors of the importance of preparing a complete set of documents prior to visiting the Embassy, including duly completed application forms and all required copies.

Visitors are required to have a valid identity document with them:

• Belarusian citizens — passport of the Republic of Belarus (carrying the ID card is mandatory if a biometric passport is held);

• Israeli citizens — darkon.

Belarusian citizens in emergency are admitted out of turn and without previous appointment.

Citizens of Belarus in emergency (detention, arrest, loss of passport, threats to life or health) can contact us  via e-mail: israel@mfa.gov.by (marked “urgent”).

The consular fee is to be paid on the spot (after submitting the entire package of documents) in cash in euro.
