Ambassador of Belarus Y.Yaroshevich meets with the Rector of the Belarusian State Medical University S.Rubnikovich

On August 7, 2025, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the State of Israel Yury Yaroshevich met with the Rector of the Belarusian State Medical University (BSMU), Professor Sergei Rubnikovich. The Vice-Rector for International Relations of the BSMU, Professor Vasili Roudenok and the Head of the joint project of “BelInter Media Service LLC” and the BSMU, Dr. Yulia Danovich also participated in this meeting.

The parties discussed the state and prospects for expanding bilateral cooperation in the field of education and medicine. The high level of the Belarusian education system, which is valued and in demand in many countries around the world, was emphasized. 

A remarkable example of the effective development of international cooperation is the Belarusian-Israeli project of “BelInter Media Service LLC” to provide higher education to Israeli students in medical specialties, implemented at the BSMU. As part of their training, future doctors receive a top-tier education and become in-demand specialists not only in Israel, but also abroad, including the USA.
