Ambassador of Belarus Yury Yaroshevich meets with Deputy Director General for Eurasia

On September 18, 2025, the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Belarus, Yury Yaroshevich, met at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel with Yuval Fuchs, Deputy Director General for Eurasia Affairs, and Alex Goldman-Shayman, Director of the Eurasia I Department.

The meeting, held in a businesslike and constructive atmosphere, provided an opportunity to review in detail the current state of Belarus–Israel relations.

The Sides clarified plans for the near and medium-term future across key areas of bilateral cooperation and exchanged views on developments in critical regions of the Middle East.
The Israeli Side highlighted the notable efforts of the Belarusian authorities to preserve Jewish historical and cultural heritage, including the decision to establish a Holocaust and Resistance Museum in Novogrudok.
